    Heather McClure

    Walker & Dunlop

    Heather McClure is responsible for nationwide structured finance executions on multifamily, single-family build-to-rent, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality properties at Walker & Dunlop. Structures include joint venture equity, preferred equity, programmatic GP co-investments, stretch seniors, construction, and mezzanine. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. McClure was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Behringer, an investment management firm. There, she structured, executed, and managed $1.9 billion in debt financings on 14,000 apartment units, 1,000,000 SF of office space, a large iconic hotel with mixed use, and foreign industrial and retail. She also disposed of or restructured assets in legacy funds. Before moving to the principal side, Ms. McClure was an originator at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where she closed commercial mortgages for Prudential’s general account, structured finance products, and its conduit. She started her career in real estate at Archon Financial, a Goldman Sachs Company, as an underwriting associate after working for Texaco as an internal auditor, both domestically and internationally. Ms. McClure has received the Dallas Women in Business Award as well as Women of Influence: Next Generation award. She received a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Latin American studies from Texas A&M University, as well as an MBA from the University of Texas.

    Donna Day

    Pioneer Bank

    Donna began her finance career in 1988 in Dallas, Texas. Less than a year later, she moved to Austin. And to this day, she remains a dedicated banking professional in the state’s capital. Donna has worked as a commercial lender at Chase, Comerica, Regions Bank, Northern Trust and American Bank. She has helped and managed clients across different industries, closing transactions ranging from $50,000 to $250,000,000. Now at Pioneer, Donna develops new client relationships and maintains existing ones, helping produce loans while bringing in deposits. She has a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. “I’m passionate about helping Austin companies grow and be successful. Being a banker has allowed me to meet and help so many interesting people. I love the ability to bring creative solutions to the table.”

    Phyllis Milstead

    Executive Vice President, Southside Bank

    Phyllis Milstead is the senior vice president of commercial lending with Southside Bank. Milstead joined Southside Bank with over 30 years of banking and real estate related experience. During her career, she has originated approximately $1.5 billion in commercial real estate loans.

    Laurie Logue

    Executive Vice President , Broadway Bank

    Laurie is an Executive Vice President with Broadway Bank, where she provides the financing needs of commercial real estate investors and developers throughout central Texas; and represents the Bank's executive team throughout the Austin region. She is a finance veteran with a proven record of structuring solutions for clients acquiring, investing, or developing commercial real property. For the last 30 years, she has underwritten $1Billion in construction and permanent financing transactions; ranging from single tenant owner occupied to institutional investment portfolios throughout Texas and the United States. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Texas and is a former Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI); and a sought-after leader and advisor on boards, community groups, and real estate industry forums.
