Boys & Girls Clubs of Austin, to educate students about career opportunities in real estate.
UrbanPlan is an interactive program for industry professionals, community stakeholders and
policymakers to learn about the fundamental forces that shape and affect the built environment.

An Education Sponsorship includes:

The Young Leaders (YL) hosts events for early-career professionals (under age 35) to develop career skills, build relationship skills and learn thoughtful development practices. Events typically include tours, panels, socials, and a philanthropic outreach.

• 2 YL Associate memberships (under age 35)
• 2 passes to each YL event*
• Signage at YL events*
• Recognition as Underwriter for 1 YL event

The NEXT initiative identifies, connects, and empowers the next generation of leaders shaping Austin’s built environment and ULI itself. Events focusing on delivering valuable industry-related content alongside targeted networking opportunities specifically geared towards professionals ages 35-45.

• One Associate membership (for someone age 35-45)
• One pass to each NEXT event

The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) hosts events promoting the advancement of women, throughout their careers, as leaders in the real estate industry. Events typically include luncheons with leaders, socials, golf outings and a series of small group dinners.

• 1 pass to each WLI luncheon and social
• Signage at WLI luncheons and socials
