Our Leaders

Comprised of a multidisciplinary mix of local industry leaders, ULI Austin’s leadership provides strategic guidance and advice on the selection of District Council priorities, programs, and initiatives, develops policy platforms around important local and regional land use and development issues, supports the District Council’s outreach efforts to enhance awareness of ULI and to fulfill its mission, and encourages broad, diverse participation in all District Council activities.

Participation on these leadership committees is by invitation only.

Management Committee

The Management Committee is responsible for the operations and advancement of ULI Austin’s Mission.  ULI Austin’s Management Committee is comprised of Committee Chairs, consisting of ULI members who are actively involved and risen in leadership.

Objectives Include:

  • Implementing the strategic plan and mission policies of the ULI Austin District Council.
  • Executing sound fiscal and budget procedures for our financial stability.
  • Providing high-quality, value-added programs and projects for Austin District Council members and sponsors.
  • Encourage broad, diverse participation in all District Council’s activities.
  • Provide mentoring and outreach to the young professionals and future leaders of ULI Austin.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board serves to provide industry expertise and knowledge for ULI Austin. ULI Austin’s Advisory Board consists of leading real estate and land use professionals in Central Texas.  Members are appointed to one-year terms by the Chair.

Objectives Include:

  • Conduct outreach on an individual level with key decision-makers
  • Ensure ULI Austin provides meaningful programs and projects
  • Supporting ULI Austin goals and mission

Governance Committee

The Governance Committee oversees the general governance and direction of ULI Austin. ULI Austin’s Governance Committee consists of past District Council Chairs.

Objectives Include:

  • Provide long-term strategic thinking
  • Assist in developing a broader and deeper reach to our mission
