Join ULI Austin’s Young Leaders as we get a deep dive into a
few of Central Texas' unique affordability projects.
In our November Cheers & Chat: Innovative Approaches to
Affordable Housing, we will explore some of the pathways used to creating
affordability. The award-winning panel discussion will include industry leaders
David Steinwedell, President & CEO of Affordable Central Texas; Rachel
Stone, Assistant Executive Director at Guadalupe Neighborhood Development
Corporation; and Jeremy Strifler, Director of Real Estate for the Austin
Independent School District. Nora Linares-Moeller, Executive Director of
HousingWorks Austin, will moderate the conversation as each panelist shares
their perspective on the impact their projects have made throughout Austin.
