The Emerging Trends Report is an annual joint publication between ULI and PwC to explore and identify the major trends shaping the built environment. Since 2010, Austin has ranked seventh or higher in Overall Real Estate Prospects. This year, Austin ranked No. 5 among national markets for overall real estate prospectus and took home the top spot for homebuilding prospectus. ULI Austin’s luncheon includes national evaluation and insights from one of the report's co-authors, followed by a local panel providing a unique perspective on the local market. Join us as we digest the report, the top 10 emerging trends for 2024 and beyond, and discuss the future of Austin and the Greater Central Texas region.

A full copy of the report can be viewed online here as the report is now only available in softcopy.
