ULI Austin is pleased to announce that Lance Coplin, Senior Vice President at Frost Bank, will serve as its next District Council Chair beginning in July 2025.

Lance has been an active ULI Austin member for over 12 years, first joining in 2013 to deepen his engagement with the local real estate community. His leadership includes serving on the Programs Committee, moderating the Building Equitable Cities panel discussion, emceeing the Battle of the Plans competitions, and chairing the Programs Committee from 2021-2023. He currently serves as Chair of Mission Advancement, overseeing ULI Austin’s Local Strategic Councils and Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs). In recognition of his contributions, Lance was named ULI Austin Member of the Year in 2022.

Lance will lead the Management Committee, which oversees all District Council activities and strategic initiatives, ensuring ULI Austin continues to serve as a trusted resource for real estate professionals, local leaders, and the broader community.

We extend our deepest appreciation to Heidi Cisneros, who has successfully led ULI Austin as District Council Chair since 2023, strengthening regional relationships and positioning the organization for future growth. Heidi will continue her leadership after transitioning from District Council Chair in July as Chair of ULI Austin’s Governance Committee.
