Technical Assistance Panel (TAP)
ULI Austin was retained to help the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department review opportunities to redevelop the Seaholm Intake Facility on Cesar Chavez and Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. More specifically, the City was looking for guidance on how to blend commercial and public uses at the facility and how to effectively pay for any improvements given the lack of funds available to the Parks and Recreation Department.
