Marketplace Exhibitors Info
Marketplace is designed to showcase the hottest emerging real estate projects in the Greater Austin Area with project team members providing details. Often a project’s developer, consultant(s), architect, engineer, and/or builder will join efforts and share the cost of the exhibit booth, and then have representatives from one or more of the companies staffing the exhibit. This year, emerging projects are defined as projects anywhere between concept and Certificate of Occupancy obtained in 2023 or 2024.
Each exhibit space may showcase ONE real estate or land use project. Multiple companies may combine efforts in the display.
The following are included with each exhibitor space:
- Project name included on the ULI event website
- Project name and description included in the digital and printed event program
- Indoor exhibitor space of 8 feet by 8 feet with choice of one (1) 6’ rectangular table OR (1) 3′ round standing high-top table.
- Access to electricity
- Four (4) complimentary admissions to the event. These are intended for whomever will be staffing the table.
To reserve your exhibit space, please submit the form with required information. If wanting more than one exhibit space, please complete a new form for each project. Some questions marked as not required are needed by April 18th (project submission deadline), but are not required to reserve the spot. You may save the form to complete it later or email additional information to [email protected].
Please note: Location of exhibitor space will be determined by ULI Staff; and ULI reserves the right to decline admission as an exhibitor.
