    This annual event brings together real estate professionals across disciplines to explore the major trends shaping the built environment. There will be a keynote presentation of the 2023 Emerging Trends in Real Estate report - a publication with a 44-year history and one of the most highly-regarded and widely-read trends reports in the real estate industry. 
     
    ULI and PwC jointly released the 2023 Emerging Trends in Real Estate report. A resilient Austin maintained its No. 4 ranking again in Overall Real Estate Prospects among 80 markets studied thanks to its diverse and educated job bases, attractive lifestyle, and ambitious commitment to business growth. 
     
    During the luncheon, we will hear national insight from Joshua Parks with PwC who will also moderate our local panel. Join us to hear local experts' thoughts about the report and perspectives on anticipated trends for Austin and the surrounding region.   
     
     We will have a limited number of hard copies of the report available only to in-person attendees.

    Gerry Gutiérrez

    Gerardo Gutiérrez is the Director of International Portfolio. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Since 2011 he has been responsible for carrying out alliances to invest and co-develop multifamily projects and industrial projects in the United States in excess of $1.2B. He graduated from Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) where he obtained a bachelor’s in Accounting. In 2007 he obtained an MBA specialized in Finance from UDEM, and in 2008 a Project Manager certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
