Sean is a Senior Managing Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and Co-Heads Austin and San Antonio offices. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a member of the Investment Sales Group, he is primarily responsible for institutional multifamily transactions throughout the United States with a secondary focus on medical office transactions. During the course of his career, Sean has completed more than $5.5 billion in total transaction volume with $5 billion of that specific to multifamily transactions. Additionally, Sean is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the investment sales group within the Austin office. Sean started with HFF in January 2011 to launch the firm’s Austin office. Before that, he was associated with CBRE (1994-2004) as a real estate principal specializing in multifamily and healthcare real estate investments.
Nooshin Felsenthal joined Tishman Speyer in 2019 and is currently responsible for the company’s operations in Chicago and Austin, including overseeing the firm’s acquisition, disposition, development, and asset management efforts. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, she co-led the CBD investment sales team at JLL. In her role, she specialized in disposition and recapitalization of investment real estate located in Chicago and the greater Midwest. While there, she executed in excess of 12 billion dollars of investment sales transactions. Nooshin is a member of ULI and serves on the Children’s Service Board for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She holds her BBA in finance, investments, and banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg S
Tony Fineman is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of National Originations for ACORE Capital. Mr. Fineman is responsible for overseeing the originations platform, and for sourcing, originating, structuring, underwriting and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities. Mr. Fineman has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, having closed more than $25 billion in loans across all product types. Prior to joining ACORE, Mr. Fineman was an Executive Vice President with Brickman and a principal at Hillcrest Finance, where he was responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity investments. Prior to Brickman, Mr. Fineman held various positions in commercial real estate finance including a senior role with Wachovia Bank, where he structured and closed complex commercial real estate finance transactions often involving multiple lenders and tranches of debt, and a role as a banker with Nomura Securities in the mid to late 1990s. Mr. Fineman has also spent a significant amount of time on the equity side of the commercial real estate business where he was involved in the development, ownership, management and operation of commercial real estate, including in senior roles with Centres Inc. and Terranova Corporation, and in his time with Brickman. Mr. Fineman began his career in commercial real estate as an attorney representing institutional and private clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and land use. Mr. Fineman received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. Mr. Fineman serves on the board of enCourage Kids Foundation. Mr. Fineman is married to Lori and they have two children, Mia and Rocky.
Brett Zimmerman is a Director on the investment team, focused on identifying investment themes and sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing potential opportunities across the United States. Since joining Pennybacker, Brett has focused on a variety of asset classes and geographies. Currently, he leads Pennybacker’s logistics theme where he focuses on originating equity and credit investments within the industrial sector. Brett joined Pennybacker after completing the CBRE Wheel program at CBRE Los Angeles. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
