Torre - 4:00 PM
Torre is a striking 18-story student housing development completed in 2021. With 153 units, 558 beds, and a spacious 275,000 square feet, Torre highlights the rising importance of top-notch amenities in Austin’s West Campus.
Villas on Rio - 4:40 PM
A short walk away, Villas on Rio is a 19 story development featuring 284 units, 700 beds, and 352,000 square feet of contemporary living space. Known for its stylish elegance and comfortable setting, Villas on Rio is a testament to the evolving landscape of student housing in Austin.
Following the
