PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Join us for one of ULI Austin's most popular and entertaining monthly breakfasts. This year, two cross-functional teams of Young Leaders will go head-to-head in friendly competition to conceptualize proposals for a new ground-up development near the intersection of Levander Loop and US 183 in Austin, TX.
The 6-acre vacant tract is located west/south of Gardner road, south of Tracy Lynn Lane, and approximately four miles northeast of the Austin CBD. Each team will create a development plan and present their ideas for highest and best use of this land at the July breakfast.

Mandy Pope
Assistant Director, Lecturer, The University of Texas at Austin
As managing director, Mandy oversees operations while developing and executing strategic initiatives to advance the Center’s goals. She is responsible for leading Council Member and industry partner relations to enhance and support the real estate program and our students.
Kent Collins
Principal, Centro Development, LLC
Kent is a partner at CENTRO DEVELOPMENT, LLC, an Austin-based real estate development company that specializes in urban infill mixed-use and residential properties. He has been at the forefront of developing vertically mixed-use projects in Austin and Houston for the last 15 years. He is currently developing the second phase of an urban multifamily project at the Domain Shopping Center in Austin. He believes in giving back to his community both in his professional work and volunteer activities.
