As water scarcity becomes an increasingly urgent issue in Central Texas, the development community faces mounting pressure to adapt. This panel will explore the direct impact of water availability on growth, permitting, and long-term planning. Featuring the President of the Central Texas Water Coalition; a public sector representative addressing policy and infrastructure efforts to expand supply and incentivize conservation; and a legal expert with deep experience navigating water-related challenges in development; this conversation will bridge the gap between water policy and real-world development decisions. Attendees will gain insight into why developers must engage in water planning and how proactive involvement can shape sustainable growth.
