    Join ULI NEXT for a member-only tour of Rivette Tower, a brand-new multifamily community in the Mueller neighborhood, followed by networking at B.D Riley's Irish Pub (first round on ULI Austin).

    Rivette Tower spans 538,000 square feet across two mid-rise buildings in Mueller, next to the former airport control tower. It offers 2,500 square feet of retail, a pool, courtyards, co-working and outdoor spaces, pet and bike amenities, and a rooftop deck with skyline views. Fifteen percent of residences are part of Mueller’s Affordable Homes Program. The project was built, designed, and developed by Ryan Companies.

    PARKING:

    • 4:00 PM - Tour parking available on the first floor of the Rivette Tower parking garage prior to the residential gate. For the tour, we'll meet in the Leasing Office / Lobby in the Berkman Building located at 3901 Berkman Drive, Austin, TX 78723.
    • 5:00 PM - Networking parking available in the parking garages across the street from B.D. Riley's. Customers can the download the Metropolis parking app and scan the QR code posted in the garage. B.D. Riley's is located at 1905 Aldrich St #130, Austin, TX 78723.
