Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is an annual series
of trends and forecast publications, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI to
explore and identify the major trends shaping the built environment. In
this year’s report, Austin
dropped to #15 in national markets to watch – the first time
since 2010 that Austin ranked outside of the top 10 markets and a drop from
#5 in the 2024 report. A full copy of the report can be viewed here.
This ULI Austin breakfast will provide national insights from Joshua Parks, Partner at PwC and one of the report's co-authors, followed by a local panel providing thoughts about the report and perspectives on anticipated trends for Austin and the Greater Central Texas region. This program has been approved for 1.25 AIA and AICP CM credits. |

- Zane Cole, Senior Managing Director and Industrial Division Co-Lead, JLL
- David Knoll, Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Ryan Companies
