Jeff Pape is the Managing Director of GBT Realty Corporation, a real estate development company headquartered in Brentwood Tennessee specializing in retail and mixed-use properties throughout the United States. For over 11 years, Jeff has served GBT as an executive leader with proven successes in commercial real estate development. Jeff is involved in all facets of GBT’s developments including financial modeling, due diligence, entitlements, construction, financing packages, leasing and documentation.
Nelson Crowe is a Principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group, the largest full-service commercial real estate company in Central and South Texas. Headquartered in Austin, Endeavor’s team of over 200 professionals specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, property management, sales, and development. Nelson is responsible for leading the company’s multifamily acquisition and development activities, including site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction, project capitalization and asset management.
