    Erin Morales

    CBRE, Inc.

    Erin Morales, a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Austin, specializes in assisting corporate clients with their office and mission critical real estate needs. Mrs. Morales began her commercial real estate career in CBRE’s research department. Within a year, she moved to the tenant representation team as a marketing specialist and then became an Associate broker the following year. As an Associate, Mrs. Morales contributed to enough transactions to earn a Senior Associate title in two years. Today, her participation in the successful closings of lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 4.2 million square feet has propelled her into an upper-level position within the team and garnered consistent industry recognition as one of the top tenant representation professionals in the Austin MSA. Mrs. Morales prides herself on excellent customer service, offering a full-service approach to her clients. While focusing on tenant representation, she has also successfully represented many companies in the need to dispose of excess space by way of sublease. Further, she specializes in the acquisition and disposition of mission critical real estate, such as data centers, telecommunication sites and call centers.

    Brad Maples

    Principal, Trammell Crow Company

    As Principal of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Brad Maples is responsible for sourcing and executing new development and acquisition projects for the Austin Business Unit. In this role, He is responsible for strategic planning, deal origination, joint venture structuring, equity and debt financing, development execution, leasing activities and project dispositions for speculative and build-to-suit projects. Maples previously served as Senior Vice President for TCC. During his 13-year tenure with the Company, he has contributed to the development of more than 5 million square feet of projects valued at more than $1.5 billion across multiple product types including office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects. Maples is a board member and committee chairman for the Trail Foundation. He also serves as a member for the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute. He earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University.

    Jeff Coddington

    Managing Director, JLL

    Jeff is a Senior Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in assessing, strategizing and executing complex commercial real estate needs of investors, corporations and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining JLL, Jeff was with the Austin affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield for 20 years, establishing their sales practice in 1997. In his previous roles, Jeff worked as AIG Global Real Estate as it acquired pools of commercial real estate mortgages and subsequently packaged them into REMIC’s. He served as mentor in the ULI Young Leaders Mentorship Forum in 2015 and 2016. Jeff has moderated panels for various events for ULI, the Real Estate Council of Austin and other organizations.

    Brad Chelton

    President, Texas, Brookfield Residential

    Brad Chelton is the President for Brookfield Residential, Texas which is a leading North American land developer and home builder with operations in eleven major markets. Mr. Chelton is responsible for the Texas land and housing operations which consist of roughly 9,000 residential lots that are actively under development in some of the most desirable Austin area sub markets as well as a housing platform that delivers 500+ closings per year. Prior to working with Brookfield, Mr. Chelton was the Regional Director for Waypoint Homes where he was responsible for initiating the emerging institutional single family rental platforms in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. An active participant in the development and construction industry, Mr. Chelton serves on the Board of Directors for the Valley Partnership and is on the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee. Brad is also active with the Urban Land Institute at the local and national levels serving on multiple committees including the national Community Development Council. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana as well as a Certificate in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters.

    Byron Carlock

    U.S. Real Estate Practice Leader, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

    Byron Carlock leads PwC’s U.S. Real Estate Practice. With 31 years of experience serving the industry, he brings extensive knowledge of the full real estate life cycle including matters ranging from strategic planning and property transaction advisory to capital formation, and business plan execution. In addition, he has expertise in governance, board matters, mergers and acquisitions and corporate conflict matters. Byron has experience advising major clients including corporate owners and users, developers, hospitality organizations, investors and REITs. Prior to assuming his current role, Byron served as the CEO and President of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc for seven years and served CNL as President of two other REITs over his 11-year tenure there.  His resume also includes three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Post Properties and nine years as Managing Director for Crow Holdings International.      Byron is a CPA, currently a governor of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of Real Estate Roundtable, and NAREIT.  He is also a board member of AFIRE, Harding University College of Business Administration, Harvard Club of Dallas and a board member emeritus of Harvard Business School.    Byron earned his BBA at Harding University and also participated in the International Asian Studies Program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he was a Rotary Scholar.  Byron also earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.    Byron has been extensively featured in media such as Fox Business News, and The New York Times, and writes a regular monthly column for National Real Estate Investor.  Byron was also named by D Magazine as one of the D500 most influential businessmen in Dallas.
