    ULI NEXT will tour ULI Austin’s 2025 Best Project Innovation Award Winner, St. Austin Parish Redevelopment (St. Austin School/Offices and Union on San Antonio). Open to all ULI Members ages 35-45.

    St. Austin Catholic Church and School sparked a visionary partnership with Greystar, transforming underutilized land near UT Austin into a vibrant redevelopment featuring a five-story parish and school building alongside a 29-story student housing tower. The partnership ensures long-term growth and financial stability for the parish and adds much-needed affordable housing for the community and future generations.

    After the tour, join us for networking at the Dive Bar. ULI will buy one round of drinks.

    Parking Instructions:

    Park in the St. Austin Parking Garage and walk up to the St. Austin's site (half a block). The parking garage address is 1900 San Antonio St., 78705, at the corner of San Antonio St. and W. MLK Jr. Blvd. Parking will be validated. https://staustin.org/parking

    Site Instructions:

    1. Locate yellow building (The Union), cross the street, and walk towards yellow exterior.
    2. Continue past the yellow exterior towards the St. Austin Paseo, turn right, and walk through it.
    3. Enter the parish campus through the gates, using caution when crossing alley. Ring the receptionist via the call box on the right column if gates are closed.
    4. Upon entering St. Austin's Catholic School building, head up to the 5th Floor Training room. Light snacks will be provided.
    5. No hardhats required, full site/buildings are open and approved for occupancy.
