Austin home prices are at record highs, as are labor and material costs; but how much does it cost to follow the rules? At the August breakfast, local home builders and city staff will have a candid conversation about the expenses local construction projects incur in compliance with City of Austin building ordinances. We will also discuss what city policies affect affordability and look at possible impacts of new and proposed initiatives.
