David Kahn, Senior Market Analyst, CoStar Group

David Kahn is a Senior Market Analyst for CoStar Group, specializing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In his current role, David serves as the resident expert on D-FW, covering economic and real estate trends across property types. David is responsible for both market and submarket analysis, sharing granular insights into all commercial property types. He also helps conduct in-depth feasibility studies and client advisory services. David presents on market conditions to lenders, developers, and owners, and has been quoted by major news publications. He is a frequent speaker at events hosted by Economic Development Corporations such as those in Allen and Frisco. David graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore with a B.A. in Political Science.

Sam Tenenbaum, Market Economist, CoStar Group

Sam Tenenbaum is an experienced real estate professional, specializing in market research and economics. He has written on numerous markets across the U.S. including major Texas markets and has been quoted in news publications such as the Washington Post, Institutional Real Estate Inc., and Multi-Housing News. As part of his role at CoStar as a Market Economist, he provides client advisory services, including in-depth feasibility studies, as well as leading efforts for CoStar Market Analytics, a product for investors and lenders focusing on market and submarket analysis, forecasts and reporting. Sam was formally a research analyst for GID Investment Advisors Group LLC, in the International Group where he researched and evaluated economic and residential real estate market conditions across Latin America, also performing risk assessments. Sam graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a B.A. in International Development specializing in Economics.
