Monthly Breakfast Series (October) – Harvey Beyond Houston: How Central Texas is Affected
Harvey was the most powerful hurricane to hit Texas in half a century, uprooting thousands from their homes and causing billions of dollars’ worth of damage to commercial and residential properties. As the Gulf Coast recovers from the destruction and damage, the ripple effects will be felt all across Central Texas.
The October breakfast will explore Harvey’s impact on the local Austin economy and real estate market, including how construction and financing will be affected as a result of labor shortages and increased materials cost.
