Welcome New Members (December 2021 - March 2022)
We are proud to introduce our newest ULI members who joined ULI between December 2021 - March 2022.

Based upon the collective interests of participating group members, each group will decide whether to hold meetings in-person, virtually, or hybrid. Many are choosing formats based upon meeting purpose (e.g., project tours in person, whereas guest speakers, panels, and group discussions may be virtual or hybrid).
The Mentorship Forum for Young Leaders pairs small groups of early-career professionals with experienced, senior-level members to build leadership through a broad understanding of all facets of the real estate industry.
Annual Participation Fee: $200 | Runs September – May
The Mentorship Forum is a competitive-entry program that requires re-application each year. Young Leader members may participate up to three (3) years.
Applications open ONLY in June
Austin’s ULI NEXT initiative provides mid-career members a meaningful way to be active in ULI as their careers advance into leadership positions in the industry. Participation in NEXT offers valuable networking opportunities, industry knowledge, and peer connections to move careers forward.
Annual Participation Fee: $125 | Runs September – May
Once admitted to ULI NEXT, members may continue participation year-after-year without reapplying, until they turn age 45.
Applications open ONLY in June
Austin’s Local Member Councils are topically focused, multidisciplinary groups that meet regularly to exchange ideas, examine industry trends, and share information and best practices in a collaborative manner to a specific real estate topic.
Annual Participation Fee: $150 | Runs year-round
This fee will be pro-rated $75 for members who join a council in July. Once admitted to a Local Member Council, members may continue participation year-after-year without reapplying.
Applications open in June and December
ULI Austin currently offers eleven local member councils: Commercial, Housing Innovations, Industrial, Master-Planned Communities, Multi-Family, Public/Private Partnerships, Regional Growth, Resilience & Sustainability, Small Scale Development, Transit-Oriented Development and Urban.
