I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration typically closes 1 days before the event date if the event has not sold out). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
If an event is closed, it is most likely sold out. However, it’s always best to call to confirm with us at 512.853.9803 to see if onsite registration is available. Please note, fees are increased for onsite registration.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service (800) at 321-5011.
