The Missing Middle: Affordable Housing for Middle Income Families in the City of Austin

In April, ULI Austin completed a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) looking at the affordable housing issues facing the missing middle in Austin.  The Missing Middle identifies both housing types as well as income level that are both underrepresented and underserved in Austin.  Mayor Adler has made addressing affordable housing a key focus of the current City Council.  Please join us for a discussion of the findings and insights from a national perspective from the ULI Terwilleger Center for Housing.

Opening remarks from Mayor Steve Adler.
