PinPoint Commercial wins 2nd Annual Shark Tank

ULI Austin held its 2nd Annual Developer Shark Tank on April 26, 2017.  Tailored after the popular TV show and similar events produced at ULI’s national Fall Meetings, this year’s program featured two local real estate developers who went head-to-head to vet their proposals to a panel of “Sharks”- expert investors bringing decades of experience to the tank.
