PinPoint Commercial wins 2nd Annual Shark Tank

ULI Austin held its 2nd Annual Developer Shark Tank on April 26, 2017.  Tailored after the popular TV show and similar events produced at ULI’s national Fall Meetings, this year’s program featured two local real estate developers who went head-to-head to vet their proposals to a panel of “Sharks”- expert investors bringing decades of experience to the tank. ULI Members Publish Recommendations on CodeNEXT

Over the past 5 months ULI Austin has hosted a series of roundtable discussions to examine CodeNEXT and take a deep dive into specific areas of the code where ULI can have the most impact. WLI Completes its First Year

 WLI started its first committee year leading a breakfast on Inclusive Leadership in October of 2015.
