Looking Ahead to 2009

Over the last several years, ULI Austin has won wide recognition as a statewide leader on growth issues. Our reputation as the expert “voice of reason” increases, while we deliver new levels of value and services to a growing membership.

At the end of 2008, ULI Austin will have hosted 27 programs addressing critical topics to our region such as infrastructure, sustainable urbanism, real estate strategy and affordable housing, to name a few. We also conducted the first ever All-Texas Young Leader Event in June, inviting members from Houston, North Texas and San Antonio District Councils to participate in two days of tours of Austin and networking events.
